When you request information about CCG's products, or register for CCG workshops, UGMs or other events, CCG will ask you to provide contact information.

When you request an evaluation of CCG's products, CCG will ask you to provide contact information for yourself and for your organization.

When you purchase CCG's products, CCG will ask you to provide billing and shipping information, as well as computer information necessary for generating your software licences.

When you download CCG's products, CCG uses cookies for authentication purposes, and for keeping track of downloading activities. You have the ability to delete and control cookies. You can set your browsers to refuse cookies from CCG, with the understanding that CCG's downloading service may not then function properly. In all CEMs, whether sent individually, in bulk communications or automated electronic communications (including from CRM, financial and customer support systems), CCG identifies itself as the originator of the communication with “Chemical Computing Group”, CCG’s physical address, telephone number and web site URL. Chemical Computing Group provides a free, easily accessible and efficient unsubscribe mechanism to all recipients of its CEMs; recipients who unsubscribe shall no longer be sent CEMs until such time as they expressly consent to do so.
